Refund Policy

At Trusted Home Help, we aim to provide high-quality and reliable services. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make our refund process clear and fair.

Cancellations

  • Customer cancellations:

    • Bookings cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund.

    • Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • Trusted Home Help cancellations:

    • If we need to cancel a booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

 

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

 

Non-Refundable Services

Completed services are non-refundable.
