Cancellations

Customer cancellations:

Bookings cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund.

Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Trusted Home Help cancellations:

If we need to cancel a booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Non-Refundable Services
Completed services are non-refundable.
