2. Service Agreement

  • Services will be agreed upon in advance, with clear pricing outlined before work begins.

  • Payments must be made as agreed (e.g., per visit, weekly, or monthly).

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if payment is not received, or if safety concerns arise.

  • Any cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
     

 

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure we are given accurate information regarding your needs and requirements.

  • Provide a safe environment for our staff to work in.

  • Inform us promptly of any changes in circumstances that may affect service delivery.
     

 

4. Limitations of Service

  • Trusted Home Help is not a medical provider and does not offer clinical, nursing, or personal care services.

  • We cannot be held liable for medical, financial, or legal decisions made based on companionship, advice, or support given.

  • While we take great care in service delivery, we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., transport delays, emergencies, or third-party actions).
     

 

5. Liability

  • We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.

  • Our liability to you is limited to the cost of the service provided.

  • Trusted Home Help will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
     

 

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you need to cancel a booked service, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Services cancelled with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds will only be issued at our discretion and where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, logo, branding, etc.) is the property of Trusted Home Help and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
